The house opens.
At the forest edge of Sinzing, an aparthotel with south balconies, apartments with full kitchen and self check-in around the clock.
January 2026
Family Leber takes over.
Sven, Sophia and family take over operations. A new signature: personal, calm, with their own ambition.
Spring 2026
New direction.
Restaurant Wald & Wiese becomes part of the family. Weddings, family occasions, long business stays – all from one source.
