Weekly rate from day one. Noticeably cheaper than the regular daily rate. Ideal for project assignments and short renovation phases.

Monthly rate – around 40 % below the regular nightly rate, all inclusive: electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, cleaning, bed linen.
- 3+ months.
Individual offer with a further discount. A direct contract with your employer on request.

You are moving to Regensburg. The flat isn't free yet, the house purchase drags on, the renovation takes time. Stay with us in the meantime – with your dog, with your children.

Long stays – answers.
When does a stay count as a long stay?
From 7 nights our weekly rate applies automatically, from 28 nights the monthly rate. You can book both directly online.
What is included in the monthly price?
Fully furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, fibre Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, electricity, free parking, weekly cleaning and fresh linen. You move in with a suitcase, not a removal van.
How long can I stay?
Three months is standard, six months are possible. Longer on request – we have had guests stay for a whole year.
Is there a minimum stay?
For monthly prices, yes: at least 28 nights. Shorter stays can be booked at the daily or weekly rate via the normal availability search.
Who typically stays longer with you?
Project staff from BMW, Continental and Krones. Consultants on assignment in Regensburg. Families during a house renovation. Relocation guests getting to know the region before moving. Relatives of patients at the University Hospital.
Will I get a proper invoice?
Monthly, with tax ID and all the details needed for expense reports or insurance claims. Sent directly to your company on request.
Is my dog welcome?
Of course. With the monthly price (from 28 nights) the dog costs €150 per month instead of €12 per night. Hiking trails start right at the hotel.
How does cleaning work?
Weekly – bed linen, towels, bathroom, kitchen, floors. Extra cleaning any time on request.
Can I cancel if the project ends early?
Yes. The monthly rate (from 28 nights) can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. During your stay you can give 14 days' notice. Payment is made in advance in instalments: the first 30 nights when booking online (14 days before arrival if booked personally), then the next 14 nights at a time, charged automatically to your card 14 days in advance.
