What's the difference between room and apartment?
Apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a living area and more square metres (24–62 m²). Rooms are classic hotel-style (sleeping area + bath, 18–24 m²) without kitchen.
Which room for a family with children?
The Apartment (62 m², up to 3 persons) or the Penthouse (120 m², up to 5 persons) are ideal. Both have kitchen and living area.
Does every room really have a balcony?
Each of the 20 rooms and apartments has either a south balcony or a private terrace with green view. No exceptions.
Which room for business travel?
Apartment (62 m²) or Studio Apartment – both with own kitchen, desk and fibre Wi-Fi. For longer stays (7+ nights) special rates apply.
Are dogs allowed in every room?
All 20 rooms are dog-friendly. €12 per night per dog. Dog package on request.
