What's the difference between room and apartment?
Single and double rooms (19–26 m²) are classic hotel rooms with bath, no kitchen. The multi-bed rooms (Two for Two, Three for Three, Four for Four, 36 m² each) have a kitchenette and a terrace. The apartments (36–120 m²) have a kitchen and living area.
Which room for a family with children?
The Apartment (62 m², up to 3 persons) or the Penthouse (120 m², up to 5 persons) are ideal. Both have kitchen and living area.
Does every room really have a balcony?
Each of the 19 rooms and apartments has either a south balcony or a private terrace with green view. No exceptions.
Which room for business travel?
Apartment (62 m²) or Studio Apartment – both with own kitchen, desk and fibre Wi-Fi. For longer stays (7+ nights) special rates apply.
Are dogs allowed in every room?
All 19 rooms are dog-friendly. €12 per night per dog. Dog package on request.
