Self Check-in
Arrive when you want.
Check in online beforehand or at the tablet in the lobby. From 3 pm on arrival day you get your code – by email or right on the tablet. It opens the white key box, where you take your room key. Around the clock, no waiting, no reception pressure.
Breakfast
Breakfast at the restaurant.
À la carte at Restaurant Wald & Wiese right next door – daily 8am to 2pm, regional and fresh with bread from the baker around the corner. Reserve your table conveniently in advance via the guest portal.
Dog-friendly
Dog welcome.
All rooms are dog-friendly. Twelve euros per dog per night. On request we provide a dog package: water bowl, blanket, paw towel, vet and hike recommendations.
Cleaning
Less is more.
No daily cleaning – out of respect for the environment and resources. For stays of 7+ nights we clean once a week free of charge. Extra interim cleaning is available any time for €25.
Self check-in
Three steps, no reception.
- 01 Booking confirmed.
Once your booking is set, we plan your arrival. A few days before, you receive all info compactly by email.
- 02 Check in.
Online in the guest portal or at the tablet in the lobby – it only takes a few minutes.
- 03 Code and key.
From 3 pm on arrival day you get your code. It opens the white key box, where you take your room key. At check-out, drop it into the black box.

When is check-in available?
Self check-in is available 24/7. Your access code is active from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Early check-in from 13:00 on request.
When do I have to check out?
Check-out until 11:00. Late check-out until 13:00 for €30, on request only – just send us a message.
Do I have Wi-Fi?
Fibre Wi-Fi in all rooms, free. Over 100 Mbit/s symmetrical. Enough for video calls and cloud sync.
Is there parking?
Free parking right at the hotel. Underground garage for extra fee – particularly good for company cars.
Are dogs welcome?
All rooms are dog-friendly. €12 per night per dog. Dog package on request.
What does breakfast cost?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. You enjoy it à la carte at our Restaurant Wald & Wiese (daily 8am–2pm) – simply reserve a table in advance via the guest portal.
